Outstanding customer service from Nicola …
Outstanding customer service from Nicola went through all our options and rang two companies to get us a good price on our trip to Boston next year my husband is running the marathon and we needed a particular hotel to extend our stay all booked with a smile cup of coffee and a biscuit what more could you ask for 😉

Great customer service

As always booking our holiday at Hays Travel in Northallerton was a very positive experience. We were dealt with in a very professional, courteous and efficient manner. Our holiday was fairly straightforward and was dealt with quite quickly. Nichola then went above and beyond to book the same holiday for my daughter and son in law, trying many possibilities in order to get what we wanted. I was very impressed with nit only her knowledge but with her patience. These are the reasons we use Hays Travel in Northallerton to book all our holidays.
