Personal help with all our enquires would have been a 5 but a previous visit was a little limited with the new employee who was not sure of what we were wanting

I was alerted to a voucher I had been sent through to Hays and my friend and I had a trip in mind. Graham investigated it and was able to get us good price ( pre imminent increase) despite the temporary closure of our local branch. This was all done by phone and email. Excellent customer service.

Emma was a lovely girl she helped me book my holiday she answered all my questions exceptionally great service thank you.

Found what we were looking for,Graham was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us, and made the booking very simple.

First time we have booked a holiday thru a travel agent, recommended by Phil Reed. We sat with Graham who was absolutely brilliant..he spent so much time trying to find us the perfect holiday. Every time he tried to book a place the system said the hotel was unavailable and he said he'd never experienced that before. He called Jet2 to find that they were updating their system and that's why he couldn't book anywhere. My husband went back the next day and Graham had remembered which hotels we liked and quickly and easily managed to book us the one we wanted. He also sorted my husband's passport renewal, taking his photos, doing the online application, even putting stamps on the envelope!
Will definitely use Hays travel again, really saves all the hassle of looking online. Thanks Phil for the recommendation and Graham for your hard work.
