Every time I book a holiday with Hays in oldbury birmingham I have a wonderful time booking my holidays and all the staff are so friendly,knowledgeable and take the time to make you feel important.
I would not book a holiday with anyone else.

Lots of affordable deals available
Whilst walking past the Hays shop, I saw there were a range of holidays and deals available being advertised in the shop window. The shop was bright and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were keen to meet my requirements for the holiday that I wanted. After looking at a range of options, we found a holiday to suit us. We were really pleased. The booking process was straightforward and quick.

Excellent Service
Booked a P&O Cruise and wanted to extended the ends of the cruise. All the staff at this location worked together and did this for us. We had a wonderful cruise and a great time in Sydney and San Francisco.
We would like to say thank you so much for arranging this for us.
We can highly recommend this Branch with it's great staff.
