Staff member who sorted our last minute holiday all done easier than us trying would definatley use Hays travel again

Always book holidays via telephone call. Calls are promptly returned. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Thank you to Jenny Taylor who is an amazing person. A credit to Hays. She provides detailed information and answers all questions in detail. So it is quick and easy to book a holiday.

Helen was very patient when doing our group booking for 19 of us! Very friendly and tried to do the best sue could for us. No stress for us, thank you very much!

Victoria was absolutely fabulous, she is so friendly and welcoming. Victoria listened to what we were looking for and then booked and organised everything for us, we couldn't have asked for more.
