Mel in Oswestry branch was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our questions and if she couldnt she checked for us. At no point was there any pressure to book

Well every time we go to Hays Travel you always get a great service. The Manager Gary is very professional polite and very helpful , he always checks with you that you are happy and satisfied which we are always happy that's why we use Hays Travel the Manager and all the staff are brilliant they are a great team. We got the holiday that was right for us
Gary was happy to serve us even though we were unsure about the sort of holiday we wanted. He remembered us from previous visits to Hays. He was willing to look travel details and dates up, plus costings, suggested alternatives and listened to what we were saying when batting ideas around. He made choosing and booking a holiday a completely stress free experience
