My recent Lisbon trip went really smoothly, thanks to Richard at Hays Travel, Petersfield.
His recommendation of the Sofitel at LHR’s T5 was great. It was extremely comfortable, (with a free room upgrade!) I had nice supper which was served in the bar area, and I’d recommend Hays idea of staying over night, prior to a fairly early flight the next day.
BA short-haul flight was super, (a little biased perhaps, as ex-cabin crew!)

Stress free booking - they tick all the boxes

Staff friendly and helpful throughout. They listened to our requirements, suggested an option and refined it based on our feedback. They appear to have a good relationship with the organisations that actually supply the holidays.
The only issue was that prices went up during the time it took us to confirm we wanted to go ahead.

Freya was very helpful with lots of information thrown at her what kind of ideas we would like as a holiday to then find the perfect one for us with lots of destinations. She took the time to research hotels' kids' activities. She emailed me as soon as she found anything. Very happy!

Charlotte, a very helpful young lady, looked after my friend and I, while we were booking a holiday with Riviera recently.

The whole booking experience was very good. The lady was very friendly and knew our destination well, as she had been there. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. She made sure everything we asked for in the holiday was covered.

Danielle was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable with everything we needed to help us decide on our choice of holiday, we didn’t feel rushed which was great.

We booked two holidays. The first was excellent with all relevant info (flights, hotel etc). The other was very different. The cruise company misinformed Hays who booked the wrong cruise, luckily since rectified. Then the info given was incomplete (no flights - so we can’t yet book taxis). So half really good and half…well less good, mainly because of misinformation further up the chain. The people who served us in the agency were really excellent, efficient and informed, a shame the link to the company supplying holiday no. 2 did not have the right info to hand which misled our agents.
