Katie was really helpful and went through the options with us for our trip to Porto. We went away and had a chat and then returned an hour later to her to book it. Professional and friendly, we felt confident with using Hayes Travel as opposed to booking with an unknown company on the internet. To us, the personal touch is important in a digital world.

The person that booked my holiday was very patient when I kept wanting to change things and couldn't make up my mind.
She made good suggestions to concider too.
It was great to be able to book everything together.
I like the feature of being able to search on the map.

Having booked with Hays before and received service over and above their excellent standard my wife and I decided to call in whilst in Plymouth. We were undecided about where to go but had narrowed it down to, Croatia, Montenegro or Minorca!
To our delight ‘Katie D’ was there to help. And help she did. We gave her the basis of what we were looking for from any of these destinations. Nothing was too much trouble. Time passed because we are fussy but Katie D with professional, friendly service eventually found just what we were looking for. So helpful and a delight to deal with. We certainly recommend Hays Plymouth!

Carol was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and genuinely friendly. She took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, offered excellent advice and recommendations, and made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free.

Unfortunately, we ran out of time and had to leave before we could complete our booking. True to her word, Carol phoned us later that afternoon so we could finish everything from home. Even when we changed our travel dates at the very last minute, nothing was too much trouble. Her patience and commitment to making sure everything was exactly right were exceptional.
