We have used Hayes in the past and found them very helpful. They seem to be prepared to spend a bit more time with the customer to ensure that they can do everything they can to assist in getting the holiday that they want. Jo was great and very patient, pleasant and helpful to ensure we were happy with our holiday choice.

We usually do it all ourselves, but this time walking by Hays, popped in. The advisor, Jo, was extremely patient, helpful and personable. We came in with an idea and saw the 'window adverts' and came out with one of them for our holiday!
