Hayes make booking so simple
We always use Hayes because they make booking holidays so easy and quick. Emily at Pontefract is so friendly and experienced. She offers lots of advice and looks for the best options to suit us. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We always feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service.

The staff are great and Emily who i booked my holiday with from pontefract branch made it all hassle free over the phone sorted all my package and upgrades and even sorted my parking over the phone no need to go in store overall great experience and Emily's customer service was exceptional 😀

Saved the day!
After a few bad experiences at the Barnsley and Meadowhall branches of Hays Travel we almost gave up on it altogether but we found the amazing Emily at the Pontefract branch! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, really knowledgeable about the areas we were booking and seemed really interested in helping us to book our dream honeymoon! Thank you so much Emily, we will definitely use their services again!

This is the first time we have booked…
This is the first time we have booked with Hays and the customer service was the best I’ve had from a travel agency.
Our advisor Alison was fabulous, professional, diligent and we came away with a package that was just what we’d asked for and more. It was completely stress free and every part of the holiday is taken care of, from the car parking, to transfers and currency.
I would highly recommend Hays travel Pontefract and won’t go anywhere else from now on.
