Sophie in the Preston branch has been extremely helpful with our last two holiday bookings. When we were unable to travel to our last holiday due to unforeseen events Sophie stepped in and arranged a full refund and a new holiday within a few hours.

Went to cancel a holiday and rebook for a later date to a different destination.
Spoke to Sophie who cancelled and rebooked a holiday.
Sophie was polite,knowledgeable and informative.
