I spoke to Lauren Wright at the Pudsey branch of Hays who was very helpful indeed. Sorting out the booking and sending me all the correspondence required.
I will not hesitate to contact Hays for further holiday information and bookings.

Mathew was wonderful so patient understanding and knowledgeable regarding our holiday booking the whole process was seamless and we understood all the aspects of our booking as we moved forward location flights and airport parking five stars for Matty and five stars for Hays travel !

Pleasant
Would usually book online but my mum likes to book in person. Had a few issues with one of the computers not working for our booking but got another to work so could have been more streamlined but the staff were pleasant.
