Amazing staff - Ellie and Shaun were amazing. We have an autistic daughter and have travelled for years. It was the first time it had been brought to our attention that we could book pre-bookable seats with no cost for my daughter and a companion they went the extra mile to ensure the holiday was suitable for our needs would highly recommend Retford Hays

Once again great service, Rang on the Sunday spoke to Shaun about the booking I'd liked, and arranged to see him on the Wednesday. On arrival made welcome. Sorted the holiday out I liked and booked it all the time Shaun was double checking to make sure things were correct. He then set up on my phone the new Hays app so you can track things, make payments on your outstanding amount. Great idea and service, I must say that Hays being in Retford is a great thing both for service and convenience if you have any problems they are there to help. The Team are a credit to the company.
