Great helpful agent

We always book holidays and our travel through Hays, because we get great service and the protection of an ABTA travel agent

The member of staff was helpful, listen to my needs, did not rush.

As always nothing was too much trouble they made sure we was happy with our choice of holidays

The whole experience of booking and helpful discussions were brilliant and very helpful

Five stars as always. I have recently booked 2 holidays with Denise Hart, she’s always so helpful (as are all the staff too) she always makes sure that I get exactly what I want, gives lots of helpful advice & is always at the end of the phone if needed. I wouldn’t book with anyone else

I was only thinking when I booked my holiday with Hays Romford how I am looked after. Chris who usually deals with me knows all the little details that I like, which are of course so important when booking a holiday. I am sure there are more good travel agents out there but I can honestly say they'll have to go some to match the efficient and friendly .service you get from Hays.

A really good experience from start to finish. Lily Mae was very helpful and spent time going through a number of options. We left with the whole holiday sorted. We did have to make soma adjustments to our holiday and again Lily Mae was very accommodating when my wife returned to make the changes.
