Karen who looked after me at Rothwell branch went above and beyond to get the holiday I wanted. She spent a lot of time making it right. She was very chatty and explained everything to me.

The staff at the Rothwell branch are incredible. Always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Their product knowledge is so detailed and they have a vast amount of experience between them all. Friendly knowledgable staff. Listened to what we were looking for and price we didnt wish to exceed. E-mailed all paperwork but also gave us a paper copy and adjusted when noted small error. Very happy with experience.
