Sheila at the Rugeley branch went above and beyond for our holiday, even though it wasn’t a big holiday. She is friendly and really took the time to understand what we needed within our budget.

Great customer service
Our request was dealt with by a lovely young lady called Amy and just going in to enquire we came out with a holiday booked 😊 Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us massively decide on our hotel & resort booking.
