the best travel agent ever
i could pay cash which was great for us, because we are not very computer litarate, also they will get the tickets and boarding passes which i wasent sure how to do,she put down everything that i wanted, and told me what to do at the airports, a lovely girl, very helpful, i know young people can do this easy but for the older people it is such a help, will use again

Very friendly helpful staff. Hayley was very helpful with our initial search for holidays and recommended a lovely hotel. We didn’t book right away and When we got home we looked atthe holiday recommended and found we could book it cheaper ourselves, so we rang and spoke to Jessica who advised us you could do a price match. We returned to the branch about 30 mins before closing and Jessica could not have been more helpful and friendly if she has tried needless to say we booked with the price match as promised. Excellent staff in Runcorn branch, never had any problems in the past
