We decided last minute to go away in half term and I literally rang up the runcorn old town branch gave them my preferences and the same day about 7 holidays were emailed to me. It was a tough decision but we’re now booked, checked in and hays travel card sorted. Really happy 😃

The information I received was comprehensive and clearly delivered. My purchase was concluded very quickly and confirmation was emailed to me immediately.
