The staff were just lovely nothing was a problem and we went back 2 or 3 times with questions and changes to our holiday and they helped us with a smile so first rate for me we will be using hays in the future

When we went into the travel agents it was very busy ( always a good sign ) we wanted a last minute holiday to tenerife so Angie was on the case straight away and within jig time we were fully booked and on our way the day after, brilliant service as always

We didn't wait long yo get served. The woman who dealt with us was knowledgeable, knowledgeable and got us the best deal. She also offered insurance which we forgot to ask about.

June, who looked after us was very helpful , explained everything fully,came up with some good suggestions and answered all our questions, booking process was easy to understand, service was excellent
