It's an overall feeling with the company that that I'm being looked after and getting the best deal. Kia found me the last balcony cabin on the cruise I dreamt of and inspite of P&O not taking any calls managed to transfer my previous cruise cancellation to this one. Ewan listened to our requirements and then researched what was possible with a friendly and positive manner. If it hadn't been for the notice on the desk mentioning training for new personel we would have thought there was many years of experience there. 1st rate.
