Sarah is brilliant nothing is too much trouble. Recently a cruise we had booked the provider messed us about, but Sarah was there fighting our corner & going the extra mile. Sadly resulted in a full cancellation & rebook with a different firm. Sarah is very knowledgeable & does what she says she is going to do in the timescales she advices! Thank you Sarah.
