Yesterday my sister and I booked our holiday at Hays in Sedgefield.
Greeted by very friendly and professional staff, we booked our holiday hassle free. So much better than booking online.
Will be more than happy to go back and to book our next holiday.

As usual they were exceptionally helpful. I had certain criteria I needed for my winter holiday. The resort I suggested didn't fit the bill. However with their knowledge of visiting various locations an excellent suggestion was made and now I'm really looking forward to my holiday.

Julie Ann gave us a comprehensive service and advised us of useful options relating to our holiday.

Our travel agent provided a great service and helpful suggestions in regards to the best offer and location for our group holiday, suggesting options that are applicable for each person. She also provided a smooth and easy to understand process

The manageress Julieann searched tirelessly to find a cruise that suited our every need and nothing was a problem,even doing a re-search for us after we seemed to have exhausted every option.
Really friendly staff and a great team to deal with.
I am a wheelchair user and even though the shop is not exactly accessible,julieann and her team overcome this.

Leah was so helpful in getting what we wanted right. She went above and beyond to ensure we have a trip of a lifetime booked with everything we wanted to include. She gave us options, discussed the pros and cons with us and adjusted it until everything was right and we were happy to book. She was an absolute star and we would definitely use Hays again.
