I called in basically for brochures initially but after looking at the holidays with the lady who served me I decided to book a holiday. The lady who served me was so helpful answering all my queries couldn't have been more helpful and I came away feeling good about everything.

The service and expertise of the staff made it very straightforward to book the holiday I wanted

Ordered 2 x foreign currency a week ahead. Called to collect it in Selby and my Danish money was not there. No good reason given, I had an email confirming the order. Not able to reorder in time for me leaving in 3 days. Very annoyed wasted an hour trekking round to find what I needed and paying more for it. Way to go Post Office saved the day. Won't us again.

What can I say about one of your staff Simone she very helpful and patient sorting our beautiful holiday stay & Cruise to Australia she explained everything to us about it all and resure that's why we went to Selby Hays Travel

As always a great experience at hays selby .very helpful staff what really care about there job .that's why they still have a big footprint on the high street ,when others have disappeared. Same family values as though they only had 1 shop .keep up the good work .
