We had a young apprentice deal with us we didn't know this until the end of our booking she was professional and knowledgeable hays travel Sheerness is the branch we use

I have spoken to Vickie on several occasions in the shop as I wanted information before booking our special holiday next year to Mauritius.
Vickie gave me all the information needed to make the correct choice.
I would use the Sheerness store again for my holiday bookings.
