Sophie was very helpful & patient whilst booking our Disneyland paris trip and had also been very happy & helpful answering a number of questions I have had since the booking. Very friendly over the phone and made the booking experience very easy.

Excellent service. 12/04/25. Hays Travel - Shepton Mallet. Booked a holiday for 10 people. Went above and beyond to answer all questions and completed all paperwork including insurance & parking. Was surprised to find Mary still working in store as it has been a long time since I last booked an all-inclusive holiday. Mary has been through 3 company changes at least. Fantastic still there. Everyone so friendly. Much better than booking online.

We returned to the store we'd been previously, as we had a good experience last time, and didn't disappoint, friendly and helpful staff. We were unsure on where we wanted to go as not being away for nearly 6 years. They were happy showing us different places. Great staff. Highly recommend

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
They were again able to give helpful advice and were knowledgeable about the destinations and holidays they sell. I was able to book another holiday easily with them.

A very friendly and professional experience
Sophie has been very professional throughout for us and despite our difficult requests she made every effort to help us. Not only did she find something perfect for us she was even able to save us a little money in the end. She went above and beyond. Thank you Hays Shepton Mallet.

This was the 2nd time that we have used Hays Travel in Shepton Mallet. They were really good and booking the holiday was very easy. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using them again.
