We had nothing but ABSOLUTELY TOP CLASS customer service from the staff at Heys Travel,Pride Hill ,Shrewsbury. Excellent service when we were purchasing euros for an upcoming holiday, then we went ahead and booked a cruise for a later date, as the price was to good not to book. Amy was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we asked with straightforward answers. Amy spent time to look at different options for this holiday, with dates, and offers to suit our requirements. The beauty of booking through a travel agent enables you to get more of a personal touch to the booking, instead of pressing buttons on a computer when booking online. 100% reccomendation to book holidays at this branch of Heys Travel.

Amy was very helpful in sorting our Caribbean cruise. I told her which islands we wanted to visit and which airports we could fly from. She sorted me three different options and when I found another option by myself which was cheaper she price matched it so I booked it with Hays.

Contacted Hays Travel regarding a late deal that was advertised on a flyer delivered through the letterbox. I was greeted by an extremely polite and knowledgeable member of the team.
