First Class Service
Hays caught my eye right away with some great offers advertised in their window. Once hooked we had to go inside and ask about a 'stay and cruise' holiday in New York and New England/Canada. The very helpful member of staff soon worked his magic and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. He ran the extra mile offering to assist two complete novices in the art of preparing for a visit to USA/ Canada. This was all despite the shop being very close to closing time.
I dont have any hesitation in recommending Hays Travel for arranging a holiday.

Visited Hays at Silverburn yesterday. Lovely staff pleasant and welcoming. Thanks to Barry for booking our trip in a pleasant and efficient way. Very pleased with the service and would have no hesitation in using them again.
