Every time we go to book a holiday we get the full attention of the staff. Every aspect of the holiday is explained, which helps the whole process to go smoothly. Hays does this every time which is why we go there every time.

As always Deb was amazing. Told her dates and what holiday we were looking for, it was all booked and sorted straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for Deb and her team, always have good chat too.

We Went into Hays looking to book 2 holidays , and that’s what we did, Amie the young lady who looked after us, was pretty new on the job , but found use 2 great holidays, one cruise and one package holiday , she was very patient and listened to all are wants and needs and managed to find 2 holidays we were happy with and also received some discounts which is always a bonus.
