Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Polite and courteous. Understood my needs as I have mobility issues with spine and leg. He found us a holiday that fit my needs. I can’t do many stairs so needs to be virtually step free. He found us a lovely bungalow, near the pool. He said here was a few shops close to our apartment to do shopping, which was perfect. We didn’t want the free car hire so he got us private taxis to and from the airport. Couldn’t fault his helpfulness at all. This is why we keep going back to Hays.

Good experience
Helpful, welcoming young man who helped greatly with all arrangements for holiday. Explaining everything that needs to be done and making all the arrangements he possibly could. Very happy with all the help he gave us. One issue was after reading through the paperwork he provided he got my husbands name wrong and it said 1 passenger instead of 2. I informed him of this and he immediately made the necessary changes
