I had a difficulty with my booking and Jan and Shirley sorted it for me in 5 minutes. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable and for this reason Hays is my go to travel agent.

I had learned of the Rosyth trip and was swithering . By chance I saw the very trip in the window in Bell street in St Andrew’s. With the good and kind attention I decided to book.

Went in just to enquire about a break
Went in just to enquire about a break. We were looked after by Jan who asked a few questions to get a feel of what we were looking for and she showed us 3 or 4. She was very knowledgeable and had been to a couple of the places so had first hand experience. At the end of half a hour we decided just to go ahead and book.

Just back from the Caribbean cruise…
Just back from the Caribbean cruise went into hays travel in St Andrews to book another one. Kath was so good and arranging this for us in 2027 really looking forward to it thank you Kath.

Excellent shop and staff
Every time you go into Hays Travel St Andrews you are met with a smile and welcome from all staff making the start of your experience a comfortable and easy one. Kath especially makes us feel important and listens to exactly what you want and where u want to go. She is extremely knowledgeable and will offer her own experiences and ideas if you’re stuck for where to go. We book all our holidays through Kath and have never had a bad experience yet. She is a credit to your shop.
