James at Hays listens.
James at Hays does what it says on the tin. He asks good questions, listens, offers advice and alternatives until he finds exactly what we were looking for and then checks with us before booking a holiday. He is also very patient- an essential quality in a very good sales person. Would highly recommend him.

A warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble! James has been extremely helpful with us, assisting with choices, helping us to navigate sometimes complicated websites and generally ‘being there’ for us! Always happy to visit Hays travel St Annes.

Our experiences with Hayes has always been great regardless of the member of staff in particular the last couple of time we have dealt with James who uses his experience to navigate our requirements unless we know exactly what we want
In the past I have had to e-mail the shop (The Manger) James Bailey who always responds quickly and in cases where we have booked with him he is very experienced and quick on the system s

Great experience
James the manager at the st Anne’s office was great! He was super helpful with all my many questions and has managed to help us upgrade one of our rooms to a villa in Bali. Really excited to go and will definitely use him again for any future trips! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
