Christmas Booking on Iona 2024 with agent Steve
Steve made the booking a simple and worry free experience.
Explained every process and gave time for questions.
Reassured me that i can call at any time if i needed changes or wanted clarification about any aspect of the ship or cruise.
The knowledge was obvious as the agent has travelled extensively himself.
All information given via phone was promptly followed up with an email documenting all the booking information.
I will certainly be using Hays Travel again.

No pressure selling just good honest advice
Very responsive with our request. His replies were clear and very detailed. Gave us a few options pointing out pros and cons of each so no surprises. This is the first time we have used Steve and found him polite and informative and will definitely deal with him again. Gave us plenty of links so we could look at options in more detail in our own time.
