I decided last minute to book onto a holiday with my sister and brother in law whom had already booked there's through Sue @Hays Travel. I thought i would need a few days to think about it but with help from Sue i booked straight away. She was lovely and friendly and very efficient, sorting my holiday with excellent service . Sue had put so much time and effort into creating a booking within budget for a girls trip to Jamaica. She was so Informative every step of the way. Sue is such a wonderful travel agent and such a personable lady. Unfortunately, we cancelled our trip, for Personal reasons, nothing to do with sue. I actually felt guilty in doing that as sue helped us so much with that booking. I will defo have her on speed dial for future holidays.

I didn't think the package Sue put together was possible but she achieved it, remarkable work and great communication.
