Booking with Hazel!
I booked an Ambassadors Cruise with Hazel on Monday and was really impressed with the service I received. From my initial enquiry, everything was sorted so quickly – the booking was confirmed, the deposit paid, and all the paperwork sent over in no time.
Hazel answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, organised, and incredibly efficient.

We came in looking for prices for Orlando for a family trip. Nadia was so helpful, polite and professional we got the quotes went home, the very next day she emailed us asking how we were getting on. After changing our dates for us we booked up she literally went above and beyond for us.
