Friendly staff, double checkikng information and responding to any queries i had quickly and efficiently.

I was treated with respect and time was given for me to make my choices

Would never use Hayes travel sutton again. One of the member of staff there would not admit he was wrong and they all took his side especially with the mistakes he made.. They should also make the staff aware how to deal with people with disabilities.. And also you can not speak to someone higher i.e Dame Irene Hayes

This particular trip to Spain was an emergency as I wished to attend my late cousin's funeral, Spain has a 48hr turn around for burials, this was the weekend which further complicated a booking. But Hays to the rescue. Not only were return tickets,travel money secured but a hotel near to the church too.
A big THANK YOU Hayes, you turned a panic into calm & saddness into comfort.

Caitlin, who dealt with me, was courteous,helpful , extremely competent and frankly outstanding. She understood what I was looking for and put together an excellent package.

We saw Mandy at the Sutton branch to book flights and hotels around going to a cruise around Japan. She was friendly, helpful and professional and went over and above to make sure we got everything we wanted and made helpful suggestions (with another colleague) we were very pleased with the service provided.
