Suzanne was very supportive, quick to respond, took all of our requirements into consideration and even went out of here way to fit in with our available times to discuss what we required. The attention to detail that Suzanne showed us was exceptional as we have specific travel requirements with our Daughter who has not had very pleasant journeys and our last trip and this has made her very apprehensive about going away again.
