So far it’s been really helpful.
I felt very at ease talking to someone named leo at this hays travel. I haven’t been on the holiday yet but while planning it he helped a lot and was always happy to change things and customise at a moments notice.

Pensioners cruising!
Eight of us pensioners went into Hays Travel to book a holiday, two of us wanted double bed, the rest were singles, one of us special dietary requirements, some of us wanted to pay together, some separately, some for an additional holiday at the same time, we all bombarded the staff with our questions. The staff are very knowledgeable and went through everything meticulously and we came away happy with our booking.

Kevin always goes the extra mile to ensure that we remain satisfied customers after more than 15 years of dealing with him.
