Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
I really didn't want to take an hour-long bus journey to Swansea, after Hays in Port Talbot closed, but the service I received made it all worth while. Caroline found flights and coach travel, which turned out to be very complicated, but she was so pleasant and knowledgeable that it was almost a pleasure!
