The young girl Emily was brilliant
The young girl Emily was brilliant. We booked a cruise and a 5 day break for my husband. Nothing was too much as we had a few questions on each Holiday.

We were approached by Emma when we entered the agency in a friendly and helpful approach! She helped us by truthfully telling us the facts good and bad about other cruise operators and when we asked about a cruise we were interested in she invited us to sit down and was very helpful in answering our questions and we were very happy to book our cruise with her expert knowledge. She has offered after sales care and we would definately recommend Hays travel to family and friends!

My sister and I came to Hays Travel, Regent st, Swindon for advice on a cruise, Emily helped us and talked us through our options and helped us make the right decision for us as it is our first cruise.

Amazing customer service …
We have booked our last few holidays via yourselves. Emma has been amazing every time, listens to what we want from our holiday and always manages to find us fabulous destinations. Even when we have had challenges with the tour operator’s app she goes above and beyond to resolve any stressors. Emma is an absolute credit to Hays; we will be back next year to book with her again.

Cruise quotation
Had a quote for a cruise but when I came to book it the accessible cabin had become unavailable. Jaz and Lisa were lovely,friendly and professional in trying to accommodate me. At the time nothing was available but two days later I had a call from Lisa to say she had managed to find a cabin for us.
