Very friendly ladies I told them what we wanted and the budget and they found us a holiday in the place we wanted, this is the first time I have been in store with Hays travel and was I felt relax and comfortable talking to the staff from now on myself and my husband will be booking all our holidays with you. Thank you for all the help and full explanation you gave me.

First time i’d used Hays Travel , but felt I wanted to talk to someone face to face as I wanted to book a break in four weeks time. Erica the assistant was excellent worked out and shared the options and processed all the bookings through to reserving the seats . Definitely worth the trip to the Hays branch.

Erica was superb, talked me through the booking step by step and answered all my questions. She made it all a very easy and straightforward process for me.
Also Alison was so helpful with the money side of things for the countries I am visiting.

Excellent Easy Booking very helpful staff. Every year we just give the agent a location we want to travel to, the dates and our budget & leave it with them. They always get back to us with a nice choice of hotels. Always excellent service.
