Very happy with the service, very friendly, polite & helpful, came out with exactly what we wanted & with big smiles

The staff are so nice and helpful got everything sorted out for me l would not book my holiday up with any one else brilliant sevice

She(Kirsty) tried to explain everything,it remains to see how the HOTEL people treat us,because last couple of times lot of misunderstandings took place.bcause what we were explained in the office and what facilities we were given were completely different.Hotel people said they were not aware of the special needs. Kirsty said they can only request.

Always go to Hayes to book our holidays. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are very helpful, particularly nirella. They do everything for you ftom start to finish.

I always book at Syston for my cruises, it takes all of the hassle out of it and makes the process more exciting. I can bring my dog with me and the opening hours work so there's no reason not. Much better than sitting on my own in front of a screen doing it.

They are very informative and knowledgeable. Have been very helpful with all our holidays booked with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday.
