saw a post on Facebook in the evening, so used the messenger option, the next morning i got a reply from Claire, very efficient and fast responding, decided to call the store and asked for Claire and she took my call and we had a good giggle and she was very pleasant and helpful, booking process was super quick and Claire explained the package and the process. super easy and stress free, no scrolling or going back and forth so very easy and great experience so thankyou x

Experience thus far all good - I don't like that Trust Pilot think it is ok to use my Christian name which can only have been forwarded by the travel agent

Booking a cruise with hayes Travel
We were served by Nadine, in the Topsham branch of Hayes Travel. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped us with our cryise personaliser. Hayes travel will slso print off your travel documents fir any customer that neefs it.
