Everybody in Hays Travel are so friendly and helpful and never seem to mind how many questions I ask them! They always find the answers.
Having to change my flight because of the war going on was no problem for Lucy - she was right on it and solved it right away - and got my money returned for the previous flight!

Great and friendly staff
Great and friendly staff, feedback and advice on our cruise we booked, as we are first timers - the advice was not just from Luci that we booked with but also from other staff. Initially when we went in Saturday all the staff were so friendly and helpful, it gave me the confidence to go back and book it!

A good customer service
A good customer service, polite and friendly. They did give me their time when I booked the holiday. When I did enquire I felt a bit rushed and could of been listened to better. An overall good experience.
