Mollie who looked after me was amazing so helpfull, took alot of her own time trying to find us the holiday we wanted ,which we did ,very polite and understanding , wouldnt go anywhere else to book our holidays from now on ,staff were brilliant thank you

Mollie was amazing and helped me a lot as I was struggling to decide which holiday to pick. She put my mind at ease which made it easier to choos. As I will be taking a little child away with me and was unsure where to chiose for children but again she helped me a lot even with a moaning child next to me.

We went in to liscard branch looking for a cheap holiday and came out an hour later with one booked. Brilliant, sorted by Laura.

Very easy to book, exactly what we needed

Another holiday booked through Hays Travel in Liscard. Laura was really helpful as usual and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend for your travel bookings etc. The staff are all lovely.

It was our fist experience with Hays. The agent Sarah was lovely. She was polite, courteous, listened to our requests and came up with the perfect holiday for us.

Love going in to the Wallasey Branch, all the stsff are so friendly, welcoming and nothing it too much trouble, especially the branch manager Laura. You can see that they all love what they do which makes booking a holiday with them effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
