James and staff are the best.
James the manager dealt with us this year and what a very pleasant and informative gentleman he is but then again we have never had a bad experience at this travel agents no matter which member of staff have seen to us !
Sara the American Geordie ! we are told is on the sick with a shoulder problem ( we wish her a speedy recovery ) otherwise we would of went to her but we certainly where not let down by James !
Another member of staff even brought me a cup of coffee ! what a pleasant touch !
All in all we don't think any of the staff at the Wallsend Office would let us down that is why we keep going back to them ! Well done to all !

Very patient
Mathew was very patient with us as we were chopping & changing hotels/flights to get best deal.
We even left to go for a coffee to think it over & returned later for Matthew to complete our holiday.

I was welcomed by friendly staff
I was welcomed by friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, I wasn’t sure of the area I wanted to go on holiday, the staff were helpful with reviews, hotels, areas of interest, local amenities, predicted forecasts etc. I had all my questioned answered perfectly. I was seen to by Matthew who was amazing, also Morgan who was amazing too. I booked 2 weeks in Tenerife on my visit. Thank you to your amazing staff
