Too understand what a customers needs, do not try to sell something they do not wish, and will later regret.
The blame for a bad experience will always fall on the travel agent. Having used Hays before, I will get good advice, and more importantly will be told the "important but boring stuff".It is a good feeling to be treated like a fellow traveller.I would be happy to recommend Hays to experienced and novice travellers.Like many business it is all about the staff.

The Walsall Hays Staff, especially 'Shannon' are very highly experienced. Shannon takes great care of my Assisted Travel needs.
I,ve always booked my holidays with Shannon, even back when the Walsall, Park St branch was Thomas Cook.
The poor girl was wearing her ' Tens ' Machine, in pain from Sciatica, she is a loyal employee, As a person with an broken spine, and lots of Pain M ment personal experience, she thanked me for informing her, the right way to get professional help, to assist her health and mobility.
