It was my first time booking a holiday through Hays Travel and Diane was absolutely brilliant! All the staff in yesterday were lovely

Diane was thorough and took note of our wishes. She went to a lot of trouble to make sure she found the right holiday.

We walked in saw Joe told him what kind of holiday we wanted and he found us one. He was brilliant. He went through everything with us and explained the paperwork with us. Will certainly be back.

Grace was very helpful ,I had some information ready but she patiently guided me through my 2 cruise bookings,always use this branch as they are the most welcoming,hope Grace takes some of the to the town centre branch

Natalie, was fantastic, showed exactly what we were looking for and helped us book it with the agent straight away. By the time we had got home, she had sorted a hotel and parking for the trip night over in London, safe parking for the car.

I was recommended to use Hays and haven’t been into a travel agent for a long time. It was a very different experience than previously. I felt there was no personal interaction and I could have achieved the same online.

Second holiday booked with Diane over last couple of weeks. Lovely lady. Makes sure we get everything we want. Would always recommend booking here.

Excellent service, hisband is disabled so the assistant made all the necesary enquiries so we didn't need worry about anything while in the shop, gave us lots of advice and any alterations we need to our booking due to my husbands condition i can contact our local travel guide anytime.
