The ladies that helped us book our trip were very polite, friendly and informative. They gave us a lot of advice about the trip with it being our first time on a cruise.

I booked a holiday at Hays Travel on Friday. It was a rather complicated booking but the staff were very helpful and patient and answered all my queries. I even had a cup of tea with them.
I have booked with Hays for many years and have never had any problems .
