Had to cancel a holiday in September for medical reasons I ended up changing it to 2027 at no extra cost .Abbey was very lovely and very helpful i ended up booking another one for 3 weeks time ...got just what I wanted came out very happy !!🥰🥰🥰

Holiday booking …
Nicola was very helpful & patient with our booking. We went in not sure which cruise we wanted to go on . She give us prices for 2 which we fancied, then let me come home to think about it , Then she rang me the day after after I’d discussed it with others & we completely went for a different package and nothing was to much trouble. So booked it over the phone next day . She was very helpful x
