Absolutely deserve Five Stars. Fabulous staff, whom go above and beyond. Hard working polite and truly caring. Fabulous Ship the Ventura, old but beautiful. Was told by Hayes Travel you'll love it our first Cruise, and we did so much so booked again on the Britannia next year. Can't wait.

I visited the branch in Winchester. Paul, directed me through different suggestions until I found something that suited me and my budget. I started off trying to book a holiday online but gave up. I definitely recommend coming into branch for clarity and advice.

Paul is an amazing asset to Hays travel. Me and my brother in law could not recommend enough! While being a tricky customer on finding a holiday for a departure in 2 weeks he went above and beyond to find my family a perfect place for my son’s 9th birthday in turkey. He even worked late for us while we were flicking through several holidays together! His experience in the business is unbelievable! Also arranged travel insurance and money exchanges at a great price. 6 stars highly recommend!!!

We have used Hays Travel, Winchester, on several occasions and they are always very helpful. Paul recently arranged a very successful trip for our daughter and her carer to Disneyland Paris maximising the time available by thoroughly researching flight times. We have recently booked another trip this time to Tenerife. Again Paul was very helpful, did a lot of research for us and gave us good advice whilst listening to our requirements.
