Claire was fantastic... totally understood what we needed and was able to deal with 4 travellers, even though 2 were not present and not immediately available to complete the booking at the time. Despite this, by the middle of the afternoon, everything was in place and booked. Claire' patience and understanding made for a totally hassle free experience.
